Collective Trauma Facilitator Training
2024–2025

with Thomas Hübl

A 14-month Professional Development Program to Learn the Principles and Practices for Working with Collective Trauma

Enrollment for this Program has Closed

Become part of a global network of trained facilitators

If you have completed the Timeless Wisdom Training and have professional experience in therapeutic and/or group facilitation work, you are invited to continue your studies with Thomas in the Collective Trauma Facilitator Training (CTFT). During this 14-month intensive, you will expand your understanding of the principles and the architecture of collective trauma as well as the skills necessary to hold a collective healing container. At the end of the training a Certificate of Completion will be issued, outlining the hours and content of the training.

After the 14-month CTFT training, graduates approved by Thomas will have the opportunity to apply their skills by joining Pocket Project International Labs teams, assisting with Collective Trauma Integration Processes (CTIPs), or collaborating on other projects via the Pocket Project. Upon completing a period of mentoring (at least 18 months) and passing an evaluation, participants may be approved as Certified Collective Trauma Facilitators, with authorization to perform a specific role.

Collective Trauma Facilitator Certification will require continuing education and periodic renewal.

“In the future, when we travel to various countries for collective trauma interventions – or hold them online – we will need a skilled team of facilitators in order to create a safe container for large group processes. This program is a deeper training for those who are interested in being part of such a team.”

Thomas Hübl
