She has intensively studied nature-based wisdom. Rae’s own personal journey of healing has taken her from the homes of shamans in the jungles and high altiplano of Peru, to medical missions in Nepal. In individual sessions and groups, her focus is on building awareness of and modifying the responses to the trauma held in our bodies so we can open to the natural expression of feeling, connection, and essence – the hallmarks of an authentic and healthy life!
Rae has been a student of Thomas’ since meeting him in 2011, assisting him in his US based programs, including the Timeless Wisdom Training, and is a Co-teacher for the US-PGLT (Practice Group Leader Training). She is deeply committed to her own continued learning and unfolding in this rich field of embodiment work.
