The costs of travel and retreat center accommodations for the in-person retreats are additional and not included in the program tuition.

Participation Agreement

By enrolling in the program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions detailed in the Participation Agreement. You will be asked to sign the Agreement before the program begins.

Refund Policy

Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and cost that goes into creating and providing the Program, no refunds will be provided for any portion of Participant’s payment for the Program, except as set forth in the Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected]. For those receiving a 50% scholarship, cancellation requests are subject to the following schedule:

  • Cancellation may be made without penalty up until December 20, 2024. If any payments have been made, Provider will refund those payments but retain the non-refundable $600 deposit.
  • Cancellation requests received after December 20, 2024, and on or before February 20, 2025, incur a $1,200 cancellation fee (50% of the first year’s tuition). If any payments have been made by Participant in excess of this amount, Provider will refund the excess amount. If no payments have been made, Participant must pay the $1,200  cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation requests received any time during the first year of the Program after February 20, 2025, incur a $2,400 cancellation fee (100% of the first year’s tuition). If any payments have been made in excess of this amount, Provider will refund the excess amount. If no payments have been made, Participant must pay the $2,400 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation requests received at any time after January 8, 2026 (the beginning of the second year) incur a cancellation fee of $2,400 (100% of the second year’s tuition).
    All cancellation fee payment amounts are in U.S. dollars and must be paid within 15 days of cancellation but in no event later than 10 days from notice by Provider that amounts are owing.
